White, from hand-picked Trebbiano grapes. It refines in steel barrels and referments in the bottle the spring following the harvest with its yeasts and is bottled without the addition of sulfur dioxide.

Msticco Pet Nat 2020, Gamay, Ciliegiolo

A rosé produced from Gamay del Trasimeno and ciliegiolo grapes harvested by hand and passed directly through the press. There is no chemistry in the vineyard or in the cellar. It refines in glass resin barrels and is bottled by hand without the addition of sulphites and without filtration. The spring following the harvest, it spontaneously ferments in the bottle with its yeasts

CriCrò Pet Nat 2019, Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo

Produced from hand-harvested Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo grapes. It refines in fiberglass barrels and is bottled by hand without the addition of sulphites and without filtration. It ferments spontaneously with its yeasts the spring following the harvest
