The Tribulated Pet Nat 2020, Trebbiano
White, from hand-picked Trebbiano grapes. It is aged in steel barrels and re-fermented in the bottle the spring after the harvest with its own yeasts and is bottled without the addition of sulphur dioxide.
The Msticco Pet Nat 2020, Gamay, Ciliegiolo
A Rosato produced from Gamay del Trasimeno and ciliegiolo grapes harvested by hand and pressed directly. There is no chemistry in the vineyard or in the cellar. It ages in glass resin barrels and is bottled by hand without adding sulfites and without filtration. In the spring following the harvest it ferments spontaneously in the bottle with its own yeasts.
CriCrò Pet Nat 2019, Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo
Made from Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo grapes harvested by hand. It is aged in fibreglass barrels and bottled by hand without the addition of sulphites and without filtration. It ferments spontaneously with its own yeasts in the spring following the harvest.

The three hectares of vineyard are located in a small hilly hamlet in the Perugino area, about 350m above sea level.
The southwest orientation of the land allows the vineyards to enjoy ample sun exposure and good ventilation.
The composition of the soil, rich in skeleton, guarantees good drainage.
