Tignanello 2005 Antinori

Tignanello is a great Italian red wine produced by Antinori from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Sangiovese grapes, harvested manually. These grapes macerate for a long time and then refine for a year in barrique, and finally in the bottle to rest before being put on the market. Mineral and spicy scents on the nose, of red fruit jam and undergrowth, with inebriating floral references, tobacco, liquorice and cocoa. In the mouth it is full and powerful, refined and with silky tannins. Try Tignanello with game, we recommend with pigeon meat.
