IGT Toscana Rosso Ughetto 2019predominantly Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo and Canaiolo, with a small percentage of Colorino.

From soil with ammonitic clay derived from Tuscan flake, with good presence of organic substance and average altitude of 350 m. Cultivated with Guyot Poussard system. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in truncated conical vats for 7-12 days on the skins, ageing in stainless steel without clarification, filtration or added sulphites. Aged in 4-5th passage tonneaux and in the bottle.
