The grapes come from the classic pebbly and chalky soil of the Cote des Bars, vinification in wood with the use of native yeasts and consequent spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations. Aging on yeasts for 24 months. Not dosed. Deep and elegant nose, of great finesse.
