🛁 The grapes come from a soil rich in clay and gravel, the 25% is left whole, the 70% ferments in steel, the 30% remaining in new barrels. The reassembly takes place in used wood where the wine matures for 11 months

Winery owned by winemaker Grant Taylor founded in 1998 after 18 years of winemaking experience in the United States ...Pinot noir pioneer in New Zealand. He has a large staff at the winery, including the young winemaker Jen Parr and his cousin Tim Valli, who has been his right-hand man since 2005 and who is mainly responsible for the harvest and during the 'off season' is responsible for property maintenance and vineyard assistance.
