Wine Box of 3 bottles of red wine, from Pinot Noir
Gibbstone Pinot Noir 2012
Fascinating mineral and floral aromas on the nose, then earthy returns, finishing with spices and herbaceous tones. The tannins are very polite in a wine that we can define as very classy. On the palate the mushrooms and red fruits are well defined, the finish is long and spicy. In evolution for the next 10 years.
Bendigo Pinot Noir 2013
From the magnificent garnet hue bursts of blackberry, cherry and plum, then toasted almond, coffee and cedar. Mushroomy tones and wet earth after a rainstorm also stand out. The palate is welcoming with soft tannins and a very long finish. Endowed with excellent freshness, in powerful evolution.
Bannockburn Pinot Noir 2013
An incredibly enumerative wine with a great fragrance. Red and black fruits, cherries, strawberries and blackberries dominate, anticipating scents of earth and baked bread. Then Thyme and Cardomom closing a very complex nose. The taste denotes velvety tannins that support a vibrant acidity. The finish is very long. In clear evolution.

Otago (NEW ZEALAND)
Winery owned by winemaker Grant Taylor founded in 1998 after 18 years of winemaking experience.
in the United States ...Pinot Noir pioneer in New Zealand. In the company he has a large staff, including the
young winemaker Jen Parr and her cousin Tim Valli, who has been her right-hand man since 2005 and who is in charge of
mainly of the harvest and during the 'off-season' is responsible for property maintenance, and
assistance in the vineyard. The most important wines are the Riesling and the Pinot Noir, cultivated in areas with soil and
different microclimates and we find these differences in every wine, a true mirror of the Terroir.
