We are located in the south of Chablis, an area that was devastated by phylloxera, and unlike other areas, vines were not replanted here until 1970, with the Vezelay AOC only arriving in 1997.
Domaine de la Cadette is located in Vezelay, a small medieval village, almost halfway between Paris and Dijon. The territory is characterised by soils rich in chalk and limestone, which make the wines subtle and mineral.
It is an organic farm with vines that are about 30 years old, the soils are rich in chalk and limestone that give subtle, mineral wines.
