Margaret River Warner Glenn Chardonnay 2017 x 3

Harvested by hand, the grapes are destemmed and left in contact with the skins for 5 days in 1000-litre food-grade plastic tanks. The wine is produced without the use of pumps but only with buckets and siphons, indigenous yeasts, spontaneous malolactic fermentation, no filtration or addition of sulphur. No wood to preserve the purity of the fruit. Chardonnay that enjoys being in contact with the air: wisteria and grapefruit, mimosa and cedar. It has an infectious drinkability and density of flavour with only 11% vol. of alcohol. Tonic and snappy, medium-light weight, a wine with an uncanny sweetness.

Margaret River Warner Glenn Red 2017 x 3, Merlot 67% Cabernet Sauvignon 33%

From prephylloxera vines planted on soil with a high percentage of gravelly loam. The grapes are destemmed and macerated in contact with the skins for 14 days. Fermentation is completed and the wine is aged in 1000 litre plastic containers. On the nose, the purity of the fruit is striking: blackcurrant, aromatic herbs, laurel, liquorice, all supported by gusts of fresh mint. The taste is vigorous, full and at the same time smooth with silky smooth tannins.
