Bourgogne Cotes D'Auxerre Breau 2018Aligoté
It is fermented and aged in wooden barrels in which it remains for about nine months. Wheat, butter and lemon pulp. Mouth straight and taut, pulpy. The finish is very clean with citrus notes.
Coteaux Bourguignons à Gégé 2018Chardonnay
A slightly opaque straw-yellow colour with green-gold reflections, the idea from the colour is one of conscious youth. The aroma is clear and direct, of honeyed candy and lemon, then a distinct yellow floral of broom, potpourri, fern and gunpowder in the closing, an atomic nose. The taste is salty right from the start and impresses with an attack that is not fat but tonic and textural, the 12% of alcohol is perfectly integrated, a clean taste with a very citrusy and lemony finish. A Chardonnay from a northern Burgundy that in this case we like very much.
Irancy Les Mazelots 2015Pinot Noir
Matured in Barrique, vinified without additives, from spontaneous fermentation and indigenous yeasts

The grapes ferment in fibreglass in semi-carbonic maceration. Matures in exhausted barriques for nine months. Red fruits and cocoa beans. It attacks slender in the mouth and then hits you with a deep minerality.

Bourgogne Epineuil Vals Noir 2018Pinot Noir
The grapes ferment in tonneaux in semi-carbonic maceration. It matures in wood for nine months. On the nose, floral notes and freshly cut grass stand out. Dynamic and fresh on the palate. Uncontrollable drinking.

Vini Viti Vinci is a micro-shop created by Nicolas Vauthier, one of the leaders in the promotion of natural wines in France. Vauthier founded the aux Crieurs de Vin (a marvellous wine bar in the centre of Troyes) and remained in charge of it for about 10 years until he decided to leave it to devote himself to wine production. The grapes are of exclusive origin organic or biodynamic and vinification takes place with as little intervention as possible.
