Tintilia Beat is a red wine from Agricola Vinica in Ripalimosani, Molise. It is made from pure Tintilia grapes that ferment in steel under semi-carbonic maceration. Three quarters of the way through the process the grapes are crushed and the marc removed. Finally a year in steel. Tintilia Beat has a mineral nose rich with hints of undergrowth with notes that veer from floral to fruity and even earthy; in the mouth it is agile and soft with excellent length. Goes well with kid

Ripalimosani, Molise

A living organism of 220 hectares, one of the largest farms in Molise, set among green hills, used for vineyards, olive groves, woods and pastures.

The hilly areas are located at altitudes of up to 750 metres, an ideal terroir for growing vines, thanks to the exposure, ventilation and wide temperature range.

In 2009 the first vines were planted and in 2011 the first harvest; currently the annual production is about 15000 bottles of Tintilia, Trebbiano and various international varieties.
