Tintilia Rosato Lame del Sorbo is a rosé wine produced by Agricola Vinica in Ripalimosani in Molise, and obtained from pure Tintilia grapes. These come from a soil rich in clay, they are harvested manually and after a few hours’ decantation they are pressed. Vinification in steel with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts and subsequent refinement in bottle for 12 months. Tintilia Rosato Lame del Sorbo on the nose recalls small red fruits and wild herbs with hints of liquorice and minerals; in the mouth it is fresh and savory, with barely noticeable tannin and a long finish. Try it with Gyoza stuffed with pork cooked on the grill

Ripalimosani, Molise
Living organism of 220 hectares, among the largest farms in Molise, set among green hills, used for vineyards, olive trees, woods and pastures.
The hilly areas are located at an altitude of up to 750 metres, an ideal terroir for growing vines, thanks to exposure, ventilation and large temperature variations.
The first vineyards were planted in 2009 and the first harvest in 2011; currently the annual production is around 15,000 bottles of Tintilia, Trebbiano and various international vines.
