🛁 The grapes come from clayey-calcareous soils, are harvested by hand, maceration on the skins lasts 3 days and takes place in steel, in the same container it matures for at least 6 months. The wine is bottled without the addition of sulphur dioxide.

The origins of Vinyes Singulars go back as far as the early 1400s, and today, as then, the company philosophy is one of minimal intervention and maximum respect for the vines and the environment in general.
The company is certified organic, no systemic chemicals are used in the vineyard, nor additives such as sulphur dioxide in the winemaking process.
Everything from ancestral methods to still wines of any colour shade or genre are produced here, and are obtained through the use of indigenous yeasts and local varieties, such as Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada, Malvasia de Sitges, Sumoll, Monastrell and Garnacha blanca
The winery is now in the hands of the talented Ignasi Segui, his wines are spectacular and already a legend
