🛁 The grapes are harvested at the same time and fermented together with whole bunches in steel containers with light maceration on the skins, after which it is bottled with still some residual sugars and then completed in the bottle. Finally it rests 6 months on the lees before disgorging. It is topped up with the same wine and is not dosed.
👃🏻 Notes of watermelon and strawberries, lime and tea leaves on the nose. Mineral and slightly spicy
👅 Fresh and full-bodied, elegant and savoury on the palate
👍🏻 Serving temperature 8°-10°.

A strong friendship between Martin and Anna Arndorfer and Stefanie and Alwin Jurtschitsch led to the creation of the Weingut Fuchs und Hase, from which the following products are made only bottle-fermented.
All wines originate from more or less prolonged maceration on the skins aimed at extracting the characteristic aromas of the different grapes.
