La fermentazione avviene in maniera spontanea, succesivamente matura in botte di 4/5 anni da 1.200 litri. La malolattica viene svolta naturalmente. Il vino non viene filtrato nè chiarificato

This winery has 230 years 230 years of history, that's right!

It is located in Rheinhessen, Germany's largest wine region, and covers 16 hectares, all organically farmed. Demeter certified since 2012.

It has been run for about 10 years by Bianka and Daniel, a couple in life and in work, she was the cellarer in his family business!

Thanks to the teachings of Patrick MeyerA legendary Alsatian vigneron, theirs is a totally biodynamic approach that allows them to create natural wines without any additions.

In fact, the wines of the Cantina are not filtered and only when necessary are very low doses of sulphur dioxide applied.

The vineyards are distributed in various plots at Flörsheim-Dalsheim, Monsheim and Kriegsheim.
