🛁 The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and left to ferment spontaneously with 4 weeks' maceration on the skins. Maturation takes place in 2400 litre barrels, malolactic fermentation is carried out. The wine is neither filtered nor clarified
👃🏻 Rose and violet, small berries tending to ripe, undergrowth, light spicy notes with lots of minerality and hints of truffle
👅 It is a wine with structure cleverly created to be drunk with ease, the tannin is thick but polite, elegant and persistent, with character!
👍🏻 Serving temperature 18°-20°.
