Erdreich 2019, Scheurebe 50%, Gelber Muskateller 50%

The two grapes are fermented separately for 4 weeks, with maceration on the skins. They then age in 1,200-litre oak casks. The wine is bottled without filtration or clarification. Decidedly fruity with declinations ranging from tropical fruit to citrus to peach and apricot. Wild flowers and minerality galore. Fresh and full, very light, the tannin makes itself felt on the long finish.

Feminin 2019Chardonnay

The Chardonnay grapes macerate for three weeks and mature in barriques. The wine is bottled without filtration or clarification. White flowers, fresh fruit, even exotic fruit, and a lot of aromaticity, mineral. As it evolves, it also rediscovers notes of aromatic herbs, tea and almonds. Full and structured but balanced by a nice acidic shoulder that makes it easy to drink, elegant and long.

Muller Thurgau 2019

The 50% of the mass is pressed immediately while the other half remains in contact with the skins for 3 weeks. Fermentation takes place spontaneously, followed by maturation in 4/5 year old 1,200 litre barrels. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally. The wine is neither filtered nor clarified.
