🛁 The grapes come from a very mineral soil rich in gravel and klausit, are vinified separately, fermented spontaneously with maceration for a few days, then matured in wooden barrels, bottled with minimal doses of sulphur dioxide

The farm, located in a sunny position with orchards and vineyards, lies at an altitude of 600 metres and the vineyards are positioned on a ridge on the western side of the Isarco Valley. The vineyard property amounts to just under 2 hectares.
Surrounding the Zöhlhof are the picturesque slopes of the Eisack Valley, with wine cultivations rich in
tradition. The soft, permeable soil consists of a mixture of sand, gravel and 'Klausit'. Care and love
towards nature are the priority of the Zöhlhof company. The farm has been certified organic since 1994 and they practice the
biodynamic since 2009. The vines cultivated are the classic vines of the area, namely Sylvaner,
Gewurztraminer and Muller Thurgau, with the exception of Blauer Portugieser.
