Ripe tropical fruit and strong aromatic notes, spicy and mineral hints, memories of wild flowers and wild herbs

The farm, located in a sunny position with orchards and vineyards, is located at an altitude of 600 m. and the vineyards are positioned on a ridge on the western side of the Isarco Valley. The vineyard property measures just under 2 hectares.
The picturesque slopes of the Isarco Valley extend around the Zöhlhof farm, with wine crops rich in
tradition. The soft and permeable earth is composed of a mixture of sand, gravel and “Klausit”. Care and love
towards nature are the priority of the Zöhlhof company. The company has been certified organic since 1994 and is practiced
biodynamic since 2009. The vines grown are the classics of the area, namely Sylvaner,
Gewurztraminer and Muller Thurgau, except for Blauer Portugieser.
