Serrone, Lazio Antonella Consilia Volpe inherited the company in 2000, immediately converting the 3 hectares of vineyards to natural viticulture and modernising the cellar as well. We are located in Serrone, in the province of Frosinone, at the foot of Mount Scalambra, the soil is volcanic, calcareous and tuffaceous. As mentioned, the company is firmly convinced of its natural philosophy, and interventions are limited on the basis of the concept of "don't do", using only homeopathic amounts of copper, sulphur, proprol and essential oils in the vineyard. In the cellar, fermentations are spontaneous using indigenous yeasts, sulphur dioxide is not added, except for the most difficult vintages. Ageing takes place in oak barrels. A unique wine is obtained, a pure expression of the terroir .
