The approach in the vineyard is biodynamic, the company stands on clay-limestone soils that flow downstream fast and steep. Healthy plants, green and grassy inter-row, minimum intervention in the vineyard (a light leaf diversion around the bunch to avoid humid conditions).
In the cellar we work with spontaneous fermentations and autochthonous yeasts, as mentioned it is not filtered and there is no addition of sulphur dioxide.
