Terms of Use
Do you know how Copyright works? Please review it in the article below; we at Apewineboxes protect content creators. Very often it is not easy to find the original author of a photo or video, and so here we will provide some summary guidance on how to proceed, especially when it comes to images.
Of what is our content, and respecting its final destination, you can do what you want with our permission; a different matter for all those elements here that are not our property, such as images, videos and captions created by others. The images of others that we use are for illustrative, didactic and educational purposes only. Unfortunately, given the sheer volume of material in our database it is not possible for us to cite all authors, but under no circumstances does this amount to a desire to debase the professionalism of the authors themselves, or to fraudulently take possession of the work of others. That is why we will include here directions on how to track down, with ordinary diligence, the authors or verify the copyright of a given content. Once done you will simply contact them and agree together on the use of the same. Apewineboxes is not responsible for fraudulent third-party use, and will reserve the right to take legal action in the case of misuse.

Proper use of images
It often happens that we need to use images, either for a blog or for a website, for an in any case public purpose, but we do not know if this is free of licenses or copyright. Google has recently come to our aid. Our advice is to download Google Lens, frame the photo, so you get the sources of the image. At that point diligently identify the source, then the author’s name, the date of production, and the date of acquisition, indications in the absence of which the photo tends to always be usable, based on the principle of ordinary diligence. If there is a profit motive or otherwise not didactic, illustrative or educational, contact the person who produced it, in order to use it. Also on Google, it is possible to check whether a given image is subject to a license. Once we locate the photo, we will find tools in the upper right corner, click on it and find out.
