Barossa (Australia) The winery was born from the meeting between David and Koen and is the result of the work of an assorted international duo: Koen is Belgian, David Australian, the selection of vines is worldwide. The ideas are clear: to produce wines that represent the terroir from which they come with minimal intervention in the vineyard and cellar. These wines are incredibly easy to drink, a pure expression of the terroir, and give us original versions of great European grape varieties. David and Koen only produce macerated white wines, as a company choice: red wine making is dealt with in their respective personal projects, Geyer Wines and Bink Wines.
