The grapes come from Puligny-Montrachet, more precisely from La Corvée aux Moines, they ferment spontaneously in large barrels and then rest here for 6 months, then another 6 in the bottle

La Sextant is a brand new but already cult winery, it was created by Dominique Derain and Julien Altaber. Julien has been working with Dominique for many years, he currently manages the cellar, and has finally decided to start focusing on his own labels. The vinification and refinement take place in the highly structured cellars of Derain.
