Hawke’s Bay – NEW ZEALAND
Supernatural Wine Co. is a producer of certified organic white wines since 2015, vinified naturally,
from grapes coming from an estate located north of Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand; The vineyard is located on a
north-facing hill with slopes of up to 30%. The soils are clay rich in limestone, with influence
volcanic. The wines are fermented with indigenous yeasts and nothing other than a little sulfur is added
at bottling, they are not filtered. Supernatural Sauvignon Blanc is an atypical wine: with smoky notes,
very spicy, rich and structured.
