of production, from the care of the vineyards to the arrival of the grapes in the cellar to vinification and refinement. Vineyards
located at a good altitude with clayey soils. The vigor of the plants is kept low in order to have a good
fruit and a good structure, so as to have notes that are a little more fruity than herbaceous. The company is conducted in
