Cosenza, Calabria
Halfway between the Sila and Pollino National Parks, in a hilly area with clay-limestone soil and perennial microventilation, Le Quattro Volte was born.
Four, like the company’s partners, Giampiero Ventura and Daniela De Marco, Calabrian producers already famous at the time of Masseria Perugini, Dario Brunori and Emilio Di Cianni.
The company’s wines express the great typical character of the Calabrians, fun and serious at the same time.
Fun because they are great to drink, serious because they are able to combine it with a high quality product.
Here chemistry is absolutely banned, from the vineyard to the cellar, small quantities of sulfur dioxide are used in relation to the vintage or specific production needs, but it is not the rule, on the contrary.
We can define Le Quattro Volte as a distinctly innovative company but capable of always carrying forward, with pride, the Calabrian wine tradition and its flavours.
