Pommard, Burgundy
Antoine Petitprez is a winemaker expert in biodynamics, and his grapes come from plots between Pommard and Puligny Montrachet, the soil is calcareous clay and the vines have an average age of 30 years.
Before trying his hand at wine production, Antoine wandered between California and Canada, between Burgundy and Languedoc Roussillon, where he was able to acquire the right experience to complement his degree in oenology.
The company’s idea of wine is strongly natural, with one focus on respect for the environment and the other on the quality of its wine
