Franciacorta T1 WOODEN CASE FOR 6 2008, Chardonnay
The Riserva T was the first company wine produced, with the 2006 vintage. The grapes used come from a single vineyard in Gussago, in the north-eastern part of Franciacorta, an area characterized by white and calcareous soils which give the bases a lot of minerals and flavor. Franciacorta Riserva T is the only wine of the company still produced with the classic method and not with the SoloUva method. Very elegant nose, notes of ripe white pulp fruit and citrus, bread crust, white flowers. Marked minerality. Full, fine and savory sip and still very fresh. The bubbles are a caress, the finish is long and pleasant
Franciacorta Saten 2016, Chardonnay 80%, Pinot Bianco 20%
Aging sur lattes: minimum 30 months. Bottle refinement after disgorgement: 6 months. The base wine ferments in steel. Slim and elegant nose with bitter almond in relief. Sorso fresh and pulpy, elegant. The finish is long and almondy
Franciacorte Dosaggio Zero, Chardonnay 90%, Pinot Bianco 10%
Dosaggio Zero is produced with grapes coming from the terraced vineyards of Montorfano, adjacent to the winery headquarters, and from the Capriolo vineyards. The ancient and ferrous soils of Montorfano characterize this wine with minerality and flavor that add to the richness of the grapes which are harvested at perfect phenological ripeness. It is the only Franciacorta that is produced by the company every year, harvest after harvest. Aging on the yeasts for a minimum of 30 months. Bottle refinement after disgorgement for at least four months. Fragrant notes, white flowers, apple and white melon, mineral. Fresh and satisfying tasting, elegant with a dry taste. Long and captivating finish
Coccaglio (BS)
Giovanni Arcari and Nico Danesi founded the Cantina Arcari+Danesi in 2006, following an idea they had developed ten years earlier.
The headquarters of the winery is carved into the rock of the southern slope of Montorfano, which is a hilly area that defines the southern limit of the Franciacorta territory.
The most cultivated grapes, in a natural way, are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, to which are added Barbera, Marzemino, Schiava and Sangiovese, produced between Coccaglio, Capriolo and Caionvico, used for the Grace project.
Arcari and Danesi sparkling wines are characterized by great drinkability which, combined with the very low residual sugar content, makes these bubbles incredible products.
