Botticino is a historic Brescian denomination now practically forgotten given the only 30 hectares of vineyards left. It concerns a calcareous and arillous soil typical of Caionvico, the easternmost hamlet of Brescia, under Monte Maddalena.
Nose that smells of lavender and jasmine, mineral with small ripe red fruits
Fresh but fine, elegant and tasty, very pleasant
Serving temperature 10°-12°

Coccaglio (BS)
Giovanni Arcari and Nico Danesi founded the Cantina Arcari+Danesi in 2006, following an idea they had developed ten years earlier.
The headquarters of the winery is carved into the rock of the southern slope of Montorfano, which is a hilly area that defines the southern limit of the Franciacorta territory.
The most cultivated grapes, in a natural way, are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, to which are added Barbera, Marzemino, Schiava and Sangiovese, produced between Coccaglio, Capriolo and Caionvico, used for the Grace project.
Arcari and Danesi sparkling wines are characterized by great drinkability which, combined with the very low residual sugar content, makes these bubbles incredible products.
