20% of the mass is vinified as a whole bunch, and is then covered by the remainder of the previously destemmed grapes; the fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks, and is pressed once it reaches dryness, it refines for 6 months always in steel
Violet and Lavender then Black Cherry, Blackberry and Plum, herbaceous notes and slightly mineral hints
Fresh and very light, the tannin is polite and the body is fine, for compulsive drinking
