CHATEAU DE HAUTEVILLE, CHARCHIGNE (France) Eric Bordelet, after working as a sommelier at Arpege, decided to work in the family business in Charchigne, in the south of Normandy where apples and pears are produced from centuries-old plants. Bordelet produces extraordinary and world-famous biodynamic apple and pear ciders. Its is a real refermented fruit wine.
