Blanc de Blancs produced with grapes coming from the Le Temple micro-plot, the extreme west of the appellation in Nanteuil sur Marne, characterized by a chalky terroir which allows Chardonnay to express itself in an incredible way. It ferments and matures partially in neutral wood then rests on the yeasts for 24/30 months
Delicately floral then lots of red fruits, with a gravelly minerality, moderately spicy, with fragrant and liquorice tones
Elegant and smooth, with a subtle acidity that makes every sip a joy, it is very persistent
Serving temperature 8°-10°

Crouttes-sur-Marne (France)
Family of Champagne producers for 4 generations, now at the helm is Jerome who has decidedly turned towards biodynamic viticulture. Jerome is curious and obsessive and prepares micro vinifications annually with the aim of understanding the characteristics of his plots even more deeply.
The company is located in the extreme west of the Marne Valley, 70 km from Paris, precisely in Crouttes Sur Marne and its neighboring municipalities.
Bourgeois Diaz consists of 7 hectares of vineyards of which 3.5 of Pinot Meunier, 2 of Pinot Noir and 1.5 of Chardonnay, plus a small plot of Pinot Blanc.
Jerome’s bubbles denote superior elegance and crystalline purity.
