The grapes macerate for about 30 days in concrete then refine for 12 months in used barriques and tonneaux and then return for another 6 months in concrete
Withered rose and violet, ripe red and dark fruits, lots of plum and cherry, aromatic hints, mineral and vegetal notes, barely noticeable black spices
Full and powerful sip, full-bodied and tasty, the tannin is talented and the finish is long

Very appetizing
Panzano in Chianti, Italy
Candialle is a magnificent 12 hectare company in the heart of Chianti Classico, the view is breathtaking, as are the wines that Josephin and Jarkko are able to give us.
The two owners are German and Finnish respectively and took over the reins of Candialle in 2002, in love with Italy and Panzano (who can blame them?!).
The approach is absolutely respectful of the environment and the end customer, organic in the vineyard and without sophistication in the cellar, the cellar’s production is identified in the micro-vinifications of the parcels and in the almost obsessive attention to the vineyard and its ecosystem, that of the Conca d’ Gold, a unique place in the world.
Terroir Top for Sangiovese, absolutely worth trying, perhaps with a beautiful Chianina from nearby Cecchini
