I’Mastro is a red wine produced by Candialle in Panzano in Chianti, in the classic area, and obtained from manually harvested Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Malvasia Nera grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration for a few days on the skins in concrete, where it is subsequently refined for a year. I’Mastro tastes of flowers and red fruits on the nose, mineral and herbaceous in the mouth, it is fresh and agile, easy to drink. Call grilled sausage

Candialle is a magnificent 12 hectare company in the heart of Chianti Classico, the view is breathtaking, as are the wines that Josephin and Jarkko are able to give us.
The two owners are German and Finnish respectively and took over the reins of Candialle in 2002, in love with Italy and Panzano (who can blame them?!).
The approach is absolutely respectful of the environment and the end customer, organic in the vineyard and without sophistication in the cellar, the cellar’s production is identified in the micro-vinifications of the parcels and in the almost obsessive attention to the vineyard and its ecosystem, that of the Conca d’ Gold, a unique place in the world.
Terroir Top for Sangiovese, absolutely worth trying, perhaps with a beautiful Chianina from nearby Cecchini
