Barolo DOCG Riva Rocca 2017 x 3, Nebbiolo

The bouquet is truly complex, ranging from withered violets and rose hips to undergrowth to ash. Returns of clove and juniper, then leather, cherry in spirit and dark chocolate, which precede the balsamic and mineral notes that close a WOW olfactory spectrum. When tasted it is no exception, the great flavor counterbalances the vibrant freshness and exuberant tannin. Long on the finish.

Barolo DOCG Sorano 2017 x 3, Nebbiolo

Rose and dried lavender explode on the nose, followed by hints of berries, star anise and tobacco. In the mouth it is delicious thanks to its extremely polite tannins and its great balance. The sip is full and long. It spends one year in large barrels and two in barrique.

Diano d’Alba (Cuneo)

Claudio Alario is a family-run company and currently produces approximately 45,000 bottles on an area of ​​12 hectares, with an average planting age ranging from 20 years for those of Nebbiolo from Barolo to 50 for those of Dolcetto.

In the wonderful context of the rolling hills that characterize the Langhe, the Alario family has been producing grapes for 3 generations, but it was only with Claudio that they made wine and bottled it, in 1988.

It does this respecting the environment and biodiversity, taking care of every single bunch with love, in order to give life to what are true works of art.

The winery produces Dolcetto di Diano d’Alba DOCG in three different versions, Barbera and Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC and obviously Re Barolo, in two different versions.

The first variety produced was Dolcetto in 1988, in a plot of land really close to the Serralunga Cru. Subsequently Barbera, Nebbiolo. Barolo will arrive in 1995.
