Sylvain Fadat created the Domaine d’Aupilhac in 1989 but his family has been producing wine for at least 5 generations, at the time fruit and vegetables were also produced.

Since 1992 the winery has only dealt with viticulture, with a natural approach and a consensus that has grown over the years.

The company is certified organic and produces natural wine, not filtered or clarified.
