Riesling Grand Cru Frankstein is a white wine produced by Domaine Achillèe in Scherwillerm, Alsace. It is obtained from grapes that come from the Grand Cru Frankstein of Dambach-la-Ville, on decomposed granite soil. 60% of the mass is pressed immediately and begins to ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The remaining 40% proceeds with a whole bunch maceration for a few days and is subsequently reassembled with the must. Refines for 10 months in steel vats. Riesling Grand Cru Frankstein is a little gem, produced in only 3000 units, it has a compelling and crystalline flavor, savory and of great finesse. On the nose the citrus notes alternate with those of ginger and cinnamon, mint and cumin. It goes very well with Asian cuisine, try it to believe it

Yves Dietrich and his sons Pierre and Jean have created a true microcosm, unique and contagious.
Yves is responsible for the vineyard, Jean takes care of the cellar and Pierre takes care of the commercial part.
In 1991 Yves decided to take over the family farm, which he converted to organic in 1999 before the big leap into the biodynamic world in 2003.
In 2017, a bioclimatic cellar was created inside the largest thatched building in Europe, shared with the Domaine Jean Paul Schmitt.
The company has 18 hectares and the wines are precise and direct, engaging and clear.
