Fragrant and floral, candied yellow fruit and jam, dried fruit, very mineral and with earthy hints
The sip is exceptional, in fact its great acidity is contrasted greatly by the sweetness and minerality, the body is in great balance and the finish is very persistent

Julien Mareschal is the owner of Domaine de la Borde, founded in 2003 and with a surface area of just under 5 hectares in Cote de Caillote a few km from Pupillin.
The Domaine has been in biodynamic conversion since 2012
Before founding the Domaine, Julien traveled around the world accumulating an enviable experience which he uses to create his magnificent wines, a pure expression of the Pupillin terroir.
