Julien Mareschal is the owner of Domaine de la Borde, founded in 2003 and with a surface area of just under 5 hectares in Cote de Caillote a few km from Pupillin.
The Domaine has been in biodynamic conversion since 2012
Before founding the Domaine, Julien traveled around the world accumulating an enviable experience which he uses to create his magnificent wines, a pure expression of the Pupillin terroir.
The Jura is a region bordering on the magical, whose hectares of vines went from just under 2000 in 1836 to 600 in 1980 and up to around 2000 today.
There are many young winemakers who are rediscovering the area and creating great creations, and Julien is a pioneer, as well as one of the best ever
