The grapes come from 40-year-old vines, the fermentation is spontaneous, macerates and ages in steel tanks for approximately 10 months and is bottled without the addition of sulfur dioxide or filtration.

Rose and Violet, red fruits and undergrowth, mineral notes

Round and full, generous but fresh and with a very polite, persistent tannin

Ferdinando Principiano was born and raised among the family vineyards, at just 45 years old he already has over 25 harvests under his belt and enormous experience: as a former modernist of Barolo, he is today one of the most solid for reasoned viticulture in the Langa.

In his eyes we saw the Cavese spirit clearly reflected, the entire range of wines is a succession of shots to the heart: from the bubbles with the SoloUva Method to the Timorasso grown in Alta Langa and then arriving at all the classic reds of the Langhe, treated with equal dignity from Dolcetto to Barolo.
