The grapes are harvested manually, they come from 15-year-old vines on clayey-limestone soil, the fermentation is spontaneous, maceration for 20 days in steel where it refines for a further 6 months and is bottled without the addition of sulfur or filtrations.

Pink and violet, hints of strawberry and cherry, then mineral and wild notes of undergrowth

Fresh and rich, savory and with lively tannins, long and enveloping

Ferdinando Principiano was born and raised among the family vineyards, at just 45 years old he already has over 25 harvests under his belt and enormous experience: as a former modernist of Barolo, he is today one of the most solid for reasoned viticulture in the Langa.

In his eyes we saw the Cavese spirit clearly reflected, the entire range of wines is a succession of shots to the heart: from the bubbles with the SoloUva Method to the Timorasso grown in Alta Langa and then arriving at all the classic reds of the Langhe, treated with equal dignity from Dolcetto to Barolo.
