Blend of red and white estate grapes – one not even Gareth knows the name of – from Basket Range in the Adelaide Hills. All varieties are fermented with a short contact on the skins then pressed in wood to finish the fermentation. After 4 months the wine is naturally stabilized for two months before being bottled
Wild on the nose with hints of small red fruits, dark petaled flowers and undergrowth
Really juicy to the taste, fresh and pleasant with a not bad mineral instinct
