Rainbow Juice is a red wine produced by Gentle Folk in Adelaide Hills, Australia and obtained from the blend of 23 different varieties. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration of the grapes for a few days, after pressing another two months in wood before bottling. Floral and fruity carousel on the nose with a truly fresh, drinkable sip with a mineral instinct. Gareth dedicates it to his wife Rainbow and therefore it can only be a small masterpiece. Red wine

Blend of red and white estate grapes – one not even Gareth knows the name of – from Basket Range in the Adelaide Hills. All varieties are fermented with a short contact on the skins then pressed in wood to finish the fermentation. After 4 months the wine is naturally stabilized for two months before being bottled

Wild on the nose with hints of small red fruits, dark petaled flowers and undergrowth

Really juicy to the taste, fresh and pleasant with a not bad mineral instinct

Serving temperature 14°-16°
