The grapes come from a vineyard grown without irrigation by Ralph Woods in Clarendon. Wine produced without the aid of any additive or adjuvant. Only Steel.

James Erskine first worked as a sommelier traveling the world.
He then returned to Australia to study oenology and became a wine producer, founding his own Jauma winery, a wonderful 1867 structure built in sandstone.
Erskine works together with Fiona Wood, an expert in natural viticulture.
