Another wine with an Italian name. Very low yields, only 12 hl/ha. The grapes, coming from a vineyard 100 meters above sea level near Lake Champlain, are pressed by foot. After 5 weeks of maceration on the skins in fiberglass tanks, the wine finishes its refinement in glass demijohns.
