Le Quattro Volte is one of the most active and innovative companies in the province of Cosenza.
It was born from the experience of Giampiero Ventura and Daniela De Marco, who respectively deal with the vineyard and cellar, who with Dario Brunori and Emilio Di Cianni decided to continue a path that Giampiero and Daniela had already undertaken with Masseria Perugini. No synthetic chemicals or insecticides, the harvest is carried out manually. In the cellar the winemaking starts from spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, no filtration or clarification is carried out and the possible addition of sulphites depends on the vintage, but always remains below 30 mg/litre. Le Quattro Volte inhabits a territory alive and rich in biodiversity, geographically located between the Sila and Pollino National Parks, in a hilly area between 200 and 400 meters above sea level where the soil is predominantly clayey-limestone and the microventilation always present in the vineyards is essential for the quality of the grapes.
