Made with Chardonnay grapes from the Cote des Blancs estate vineyards of Montgueux, this wine is characterized by flexibility and freshness. Cuvée emble-matica of the house, it is a champagne for all moments.
3210 Extra Brut Blanc de Blanc, Chardonnay
Last born of the family, this cuvée saw the light in June 2009. The grapes come from the plots of Mesnil–sur –Oger and mainly from Mon-tegueux, the best cruell’Aube, perched on a solitary hill, where the breadth ofis expressed of Chardonnay. Without added sugars or sulphites in the dosage phase, we find the broadest nuances of the Chardonnay variety in its pure state.
Rosé Brut x 2, Chardonnay 90%, Pinot Noir 10%
This Rosé is made up of 90% Chardonnay grapes from Mesnil -sur-Oger complemented by 10% Pinot Noir from the village of Vertus in the Cote desBlancs; by choice of the Chef de Cave it is a blended rosé. This cuvée combines all the freshness and finesse of Chardonny with the structure and fruit of Pinot Noir. Fermentation for a minimum of three years, allows it to have an excellent aromatic development.
