Posapiano Grace Slave to Love N.M.

Grace Slave to Love is a rosé sparkling wine produced in Brescia by Posapiano, and obtained from 100% Schiava Gentile. It is a Solouva Method with which Posapiano managed to bring into the bottle the characteristics of this local vine and the calcareous soil in which it grew. Grace Slave to Love is the sparkling version of the Grace rosé, although in this case Schiava Gentile is the only grape variety used, and it is perfect as an aperitif. Extremely fresh with a decidedly rich and fragrant fruit, and a drink made compulsive by the absence of dosage

Giovanni Arcari and Nico Danesi founded the Cantina Arcari+Danesi in 2006, following an idea they had developed ten years earlier.

The headquarters of the winery is carved into the rock of the southern slope of Montorfano, which is a hilly area that defines the southern limit of the Franciacorta territory.

The most cultivated grapes, in a natural way, are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, to which are added Barbera, Marzemino, Schiava and Sangiovese, produced between Coccaglio, Capriolo and Caionvico, used for the Grace project.

Arcari and Danesi sparkling wines are characterized by great drinkability which, combined with the very low residual sugar content, makes these bubbles incredible products.
