It is vinified like a traditional Barolo, in fact it ferments in contact with the skins for more than 20 days in wooden vats, then another 16 months at least in wood, on the fine lees, then in the bottle. Native yeasts and spontaneous fermentation.
Rose and Violet, Plum, Raspberries, Currants, undergrowth, Truffle, Licorice and finally mineral and spicy, sweet returns
The sip is enveloping, soft but brilliant, the tannins are noble, the body is full and the finish is long and persistent
